One payment. Five individual MAX accounts.

Complete the group payment, submit the registered email addresses of all 5 candidates, and our team will activate access for each member.

1. Complete the group payment

One member completes the payment for the full MAX5 group enrollment.

Total payment: $595 for 5 candidates.

2. Email the candidate details

After payment, you will be redirected to a MAX5 group details page.

On that page, enter the names and Uropedia-registered email addresses of all 5 candidates.

Candidate 1 is the person completing the payment and filling this form. Candidates 2–5 should create their Uropedia accounts first, then share the same registered email addresses with you.

Please use the same email address each candidate used to create their Uropedia account.

3. We verify and activate access

Once payment is confirmed and all 5 candidate details are received, our team will prepare the individual course invitations.

4. Each candidate receives an invite

Each member will receive a separate invitation by email to access the MAX plan.

5. Start learning individually

All 5 candidates will have their own login access, personal progress tracking, and individual learning account.

Important note

MAX5 is available only as a group enrollment for 5 candidates. Access invitations are sent after payment confirmation and receipt of all 5 candidate email addresses. Offer valid: June 1–20, 2026.

Account sharing, resale, or unauthorised group use access is not permitted. To protect platform security and fair access, suspicious activity across multiple IP addresses, devices, or locations may result in suspension or permanent revocation of access without refund.
